Up Dock is a community archive of Approximately Up creations. Using the site means accepting what is written here. It is short on purpose.
The site and the game
Up Dock is not affiliated with Approximately Games. "Approximately Up" and the game's 3D models, icons and texts belong to the studio, and appear here only to draw and describe players' creations. If the studio asks, they come down.
The site is a personal project, with no availability guarantee. It may go down, change or end. Keep your blueprints on your own machine: the archive does not replace the game folder.
Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for what is published with it and for what happens with the password.
The handle is a public address. Reserved handles, or ones impersonating someone else, may be changed.
What you publish
What you publish stays yours. By publishing, you give Up Dock a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process (the 3D view is derived from your file), display and distribute the content on the site — including offering the blueprint for download to other people with an account, when the creation is public.
Whoever downloads a public creation may use it in the game. Publishing something as public means accepting that. The licence ends when you delete the publication, except for copies other people have already downloaded.
Do not publish what is not yours without the author's permission, nor content that is illegal, abusive, misleading or spam. Photos and comments follow the same rule.
What may be removed
Content and accounts that break these rules may be removed without notice. If you believe something here infringes a right of yours, write to the contact below, saying what and where.
API use
The API exists for the site. Automated use that overloads the service or bypasses its limits may be blocked.
Law
Brazilian law applies. What is not written here is settled by common sense and a conversation, at the contact below.
